Baxter is seeking an Analyst, Production Planning to balance and optimize supply planning to meet demand, drive MRP/DRP/MPS, and lead process improvements across the network.

The role requires 3+ years in supply chain planning, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication. You’ll partner with demand planners, production planning, sales, and finance to deliver replenishment plans and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain, production planning, or logistics.
• Minimum 3+ years in supply chain planning.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, & problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data gathering and quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Excellent communication, both written and oral.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels and external partners.
• Well-organized with high attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the generation of planned requirements using the demand signal, on-hand inventory and inventory targets to deliver a comprehensive network supply plan across the supply chain, meeting financial and service objectives.
• Undertaking analytics and identifying process improvements across a defined product portfolio.
• Recommends changes to the network supply plan for the planning horizon.
• Changes are governed through S&OE and S&OP processes.
• Communicates with demand planners, customer management, production planning, sales, and finance to provide replenishment plans and exception-based reporting for the assigned BU.
• Makes recommendations to meet actual and forecasted demand.
• Supports the Supply Planning team with new product introductions and product conversions.
• Reports KPIs and drives process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
• Supports continuous improvement to improve service targets and inventory levels.
