HARTING Technology Group seeks a Production Material Buyer in Mexico to manage quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and source materials and services to secure best cost, quality, and delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field
• Advanced English

Responsibilities

• Manage quotations, negotiation, and purchasing processes for materials, services, and supplies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers to strengthen the supply chain and create cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze commercial proposals and negotiate pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.
• Oversee the complete procurement cycle, from requisition to payment.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans.
• Identify and implement cost reduction and spend optimization initiatives.
• Prepare procurement reports and analyses to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Human Resources to meet internal requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects related to procurement, sourcing, and supplier management.
• Ensure compliance with corporate purchasing policies and procedures.
