Responsibilities

• Manage quotations, negotiation, and purchasing processes for materials, services, and supplies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers to strengthen the supply chain and create cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze commercial proposals and negotiate pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.
• Oversee the complete procurement cycle, from requisition to payment.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans.
• Identify and implement cost reduction and spend optimization initiatives.
• Prepare procurement reports and analyses to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Human Resources to meet internal requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects related to procurement, sourcing, and supplier management.
• Ensure compliance with corporate purchasing policies and procedures.

The selected candidate will play a key role in supplier development, spend optimization, and the implementation of cost-saving initiatives, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quotation, negotiation, and purchasing processes for materials, services, and supplies.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers to strengthen the supply chain and create cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze commercial proposals and negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.
• Oversee the complete procurement cycle, from requisition to payment.

Requirements

• Education bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Advanced English

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or similar functions.
• Experience in supplier negotiation and supplier management.
• Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, electrical, or assembly industries is considered an advantage.
