Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of procurement, purchasing, or supplier management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing purchase orders.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of direct materials for manufacturing operations.
• Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to plan and execute purchases.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions.
• Support strategic sourcing and continuous improvement in procurement.
• Maintain records of POs, contracts, and communications.
• Identify supply risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare management reports and supplier qualification activities.
