Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Business Services Procurement Analyst for Hill’s Latin America based in Mexico City. The role focuses on developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating favorable terms to support cost, quality, and innovation goals.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal, drive KPI reporting, and present results to senior leadership, with 1–3 years of procurement experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-3 years of strategic procurement experience, preferably in business services procurement.
• Proven experience in supplier relationship management, strategic negotiations, contract development, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate and influence senior leadership effectively.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market dynamics and drive competitive sourcing strategies.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and e-Procurement tools.
• Proficiency in competitive bidding and strategic sourcing methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute best-in-class sourcing strategies for the Hill’s Latin America region.
• Build and manage relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Lead complex negotiations and establish long-term supplier agreements.
• Define and implement supplier selection and performance management processes.
• Champion supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives within marketing and related procurement areas.
• Monitor industry trends, risks, and opportunities to adjust sourcing strategies.
• Drive collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, etc. to enhance procurement’s strategic impact.
• Lead the rollout of global and divisional procurement strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives.
• Track and report procurement KPIs, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvements.
• Present key results and strategic initiatives to senior leadership and the Americas executive team.
