PHINIA Delphi Brasil Ltda. - (Brazil) is seeking a Pricing Analyst to drive profitable growth across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

The role focuses on pricing analytics, governance, and execution, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and IT to optimize margins using PriceFx and SAP S/4HANA. The position requires 3+ years in pricing/financial analytics, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Pricefx, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and Power BI.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, marketing, business, finance or related field preferred
• 3+ years of pricing analysis, financial analysis, business analytics, sales operations, or related experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, reporting)
• Experience with Pricefx, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Power BI, Microsoft Access
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Pricing Analytics & Strategy: analyze data to identify opportunities, risks and trends
• Analyze profitability by customer, product and channel for margin optimization
• Run pricing simulations, elasticity analyses and profitability assessments
• Identify pricing leakage and discount inconsistencies and opportunities
• Benchmark pricing against competitors and industry trends
• Collaborate with Pricing Management and Category teams on strategies
• Support value-based pricing, customer segmentation and lifecycle pricing
• Pricing Execution & Administration: use Pricefx to create and maintain pricing in SAP S/4HANA
• Manage discounts, programs, promotions and special pricing agreements
• Coordinate with Sales to implement price changes and communicate progress
• Maintain pricing documentation and customer-facing price sheets
• Reporting & Performance: build dashboards and reports for price realization and margin trends
• Support pricing governance and tool enhancements
• Process Improvement & Systems Support: document processes and SOPs
• Identify opportunities to automate pricing workflows
