OmniOn Power Matamoros, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Planner Buyer to ensure seamless material flow to support production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will manage MRP for high-volume BOMs and maintain supplier relationships to prevent stockouts, reporting to the Planning & Fulfillment Manager at our Matamoros facility. Applicants should have 3–5 years in Purchasing or Materials Planning, a Bachelor's in administration or engineering, and strong English communication,

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Materials Planning, or Supply Chain roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in administration, engineering, or related field.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems and digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with initiative.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills for cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated team player capable of working independently.
• Advanced PC skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Procurement & Supplier Management: Issue, manage, and track Purchase Orders for raw materials, electronics, and sub-assemblies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering on phase-in/phase-out of components and ECOs; coordinate with Quality and Receiving.
