OmniOn Power is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Plant Engineering organization in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, with focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, Capacity and New Product Introduction. You will drive automation, process improvement, and capital planning to meet customer demand.

The role partners with Operations, Materials, Quality, Supply Chain, and NPI to ensure capability and capacity, while fostering a data-driven, continuous-improvement culture across

Qualifications

• Engineering leadership and people management experience.
• Strong background in manufacturing process development and optimization.
• Experience with automation and digitization projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead Plant Engineering organization and set engineering priorities.
• Develop and optimize high-volume manufacturing processes.
• Improve line balance, ergonomics, and standard work to boost efficiency.
• Support Operations in achieving production, quality and productivity targets.
• Drive automation strategy including robotics, test automation, and material handling.
• Ensure capacity, quality, reliability and safety; build capacity models.
