Job summary

Vertiv Co in Reynosa, Mexico seeks a Supply Planner to support customer delivery through effective scheduling and capacity optimization, coordinating with Demand, Engineering, Product and Procurement to master the schedule and control inventory.

Responsibilities include ERP/MRP, SIOP, master scheduling, demand forecasting, and interaction with sales/manufacturing to align demand with production, while maintaining Excel proficiency and supply chain discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and material planning processes.
• Familiarity with SIOP, MRP and master scheduling.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Engineering and Procurement teams.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of ERP System & Material Planning, Capacity Planning.
• Understanding SIOP Planning, Supply Plan.
• Master Scheduling / Demand Forecasting.
• Interact with Sales / Manufacturing / Product Team to interpret their needs and requirement to understand demand.
• Understanding MRP and Material Planning process and close interaction with Procurement/Buyer team
• Planning & Forecast of long lead material with the help of Sales, Engineering & Product team.
• Track & Report generations of SIOP & Supply Plan
• Inventory Analysis and action plan to reduce inventory.
• Develop and implement manufacturing plans, capacity allocation for new products.
• Good Excel & MS office knowledge
