Flex is seeking a Planner Scheduler for the Tijuana Campus to support materials and production functions. You will check resource availability, prepare production plans, enter data into the system, and notify purchasing groups to ensure on-time execution.

The ideal candidate will have prior planning experience, production floor exposure, and advanced English. The role involves coordinating with master schedulers and driving improvements in order management while supporting key customer programs.

Formación

• Previous experience as Planner.
• Demonstrates basic people and/or process management skills.
• Previous experience Medical experience.
• Experience in production floor.
• Production control knowledge.
• Follow‑up of the production plan.
• English Advanced.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare production plans and input planning data into the integrated computing system.
• Monitor, control plan implementation and take action for deviations.
• Coordinate with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and materials availability.
• Prepare long-term plans and forecasts (MPS, Forecast).
• Drive process improvements inside and outside Order Management.
