Flex is seeking a Planner Scheduler for the Tijuana Campus to support materials and production functions. You will check resource availability, prepare production plans, enter data into the system, and notify purchasing groups to ensure on-time execution.
The ideal candidate will have prior planning experience, production floor exposure, and advanced English. The role involves coordinating with master schedulers and driving improvements in order management while supporting key customer programs.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Planner Scheduler located in Tijuana Campus. Reporting to the Materials Planning Manager, Planner Scheduler role involves supporting materials and production functions.
What a typical day looks like: Checking the possibility of the order fulfillment based on the available resources (materials, employees, equipment’s etc.), confirmation of the order. Preparation of production plans, input of planning data into the integrated computer system of the company, notification of the purchasing group. Monitoring, control of implementation of plans, starting necessary actions in case of deviations Preparation of long-term plans, forecasts (MPS, Forecast). Monitoring of system accuracy in daily/weekly bases /General Item data, routing, BOM, CFT data /non-consumed demand, planned WO's. Preparing of Clean to build reports, checking the material availability, replanning if necessary, informing of order desk, ECO implementation tracing. Monitoring of stock level, handling of stock differences. Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests. Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals. Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs. May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs. Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues. Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management.
