Siemens Mobility in Mexico seeks a Performance Controller to partner with EA management, driving financial transparency, profitability improvement, and decision support across the business.

The role leads the financial data and BI agenda, defines KPIs, coordinates budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews, and collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Service across two countries and a factory, with travel about 35%.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Performance Management.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience with SAP systems.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual performance against targets.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses.
• Provide dashboards and management reports.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Project Management.
