Siemens Energy is expanding its Digital Grid finance team in the Americas to drive robust FP&A, performance reporting, and internal control improvements. The role focuses on scalable governance, strategic forecasting, and actionable insights for leadership across the region.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, strong SAP and BI tooling skills, and excellent English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A, controlling, or corporate finance in a multinational.
• Proven experience in complex analyses, forecasting, and performance management with limited supervision.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and financial reporting systems.
• Advanced analytics with BI and data visualization experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage short- and long-term financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for the Digital Grid business in Americas.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis of profitability, costs, revenues, working capital, and KPIs to support strategic decisions.
• Create and maintain financial models evaluating performance and impacts of new initiatives and market conditions.
• Lead financial reporting activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews with actionable insights for leadership.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with policies and governance requirements.
