Siemens Energy's Sales Controller role supports the Sales and Aftermarket teams with financial and commercial analysis, performance reporting, and operational support throughout the sales cycle. You will help monitor order intake, pipeline visibility, and data accuracy between systems.

Working with Sales and Operations, you will drive accurate forecasting, budgeting, and continuous improvement, delivering actionable insights and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Sales Controlling, Business Analytics, or Finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Teams.
• Experience with SAP in finance, controlling, sales, or operational environment.
• Experience using Salesforce and supporting sales pipeline reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial and operational analysis to support commercial decision-making.
• Monitor order intake, sales pipeline, backlog, revenue, and trends.
• Track opportunities across Salesforce, SAP, and reporting platforms.
• Prepare recurring reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews.
• Drive reporting automation and data standardization.
