Responsibilities include leading the financial data and BI agenda, defining KPIs and reporting standards, and supporting sustainable growth with data-driven insights.

• Lead the financial data and BI agenda to enable performance steering.
• Define and monitor financial KPIs, reporting standards and data management practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial data and business intelligence initiatives across EA Finance.
• Define and monitor KPIs, reporting standards, and data management practices across the organization.
• Act as trusted partner to EA management for performance improvement and decision support.
• Oversee 4 direct reports in financial planning & analysis; travel up to 35%.
