Bosch seeks a Senior Controller Analyst in Mexico City to strengthen financial health through thorough analysis, reporting, and control of performance. You will partner with the Controller Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, IFRS compliance, and streamlined processes.

Responsibilities include monthly/quarterly closings, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, cost analysis, and automation initiatives with tools like SAP, Hyperion, and Power BI.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, actuary, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience; practical exam during interviews.
• Extensive experience with Excel, SAP, Oracle Hyperion, ERP logistics, BI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; root-cause analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements (IFRS) monthly/quarterly/annual.
• Support month-end/year-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis.
• Build dashboards and KPIs for data-driven decisions.
• Lead budget/forecasting with cross-functional teams; model scenarios.
• Improve internal controls and automate reporting processes.
