Job summary

RXO, Inc. is hiring a Senior Manager, Operations to provide strategic leadership for Transportation Management services. You will define opportunities for improvement and growth, while directing regional transportation operations and ensuring service standards.

You will lead the transportation team, deploy cost-saving initiatives, and drive HR development through training and succession planning, with travel as needed. A strong background in supply chain is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Experience with transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or MBA.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements for transportation operations and implement new strategies.
• Develop and deploy transportation solutions and establish controls.
• Provide supervisory control of the transportation team to meet SLAs.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives to achieve budgets and income goals.
• Lead HR development through training and succession planning.
• Identify growth opportunities with current and new customers; perform account management.
• Recognize and manage operational risks and ensure safe practices.
