is seeking a Materials Manager to orchestrate end-to-end planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance at the Aldama Operation. You will translate demand into executable supply plans and drive continuous improvement across materials, production control, and working capital. The role collaborates with Operations, Sourcing, Finance, Quality, Engineering, and Sales to protect supply continuity, optimize inventory, and ensure on-time customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in materials management, planning, or logistics in manufacturing.
• Experience with MRP, inventory control, master scheduling, warehousing, and supplier delivery management.
• Strong ERP and data-analysis capability; proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred; on-site work.
• Travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, inventory, and operations planning at plant level.
• Own MRP parameters, lead times, safety stocks, and production schedules.
• Ensure visibility and manage production constraint escalations.
• Coordinate changes, new launches, transfers, and obsolescence risks.
• Manage inventory accuracy, turns, days on hand, and cycle counting.
• Support audits and compliance with quality systems and company policies.
