Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc (CVG) is seeking a Materials Manager to lead end-to-end planning, inventory control, logistics, and supplier performance for a production operation in Mexico. You will partner with Operations, Finance, Quality, Engineering, Sales, and suppliers to translate demand into an executable supply plan and proactively manage constraints and risks.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Five+ years in materials management, planning, logistics, or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Three+ years of direct people leadership.
• Experience with material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, and supplier delivery management.
• Strong ERP and data-analysis capability; proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
• Lean, root-cause analysis, and quality-management knowledge.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English; able to communicate with stakeholders.
• On-site work at the Aldama Operation and travel as needed.

Mansioni

• Lead the materials planning and production control process at plant level.
• Own MRP parameters, planning calendars, lead times, safety stock, and production schedules.
• Manage inventory accuracy, turns, and cycle counting; reconcile variances with Finance.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, and packaging for delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance and coordinate recovery actions with Strategic Sourcing.
• Establish standard work, KPIs, and continuous-improvement initiatives for materials.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure supply continuity and customer delivery.
• Serve as plant leader for material availability and logistics execution.
