Job summary

Flex is seeking a Materials Manager in Guadalajara, North Campus, reporting to the Director, Materials. This role directs material planning, balances supply and demand, and enhances customer service levels.

The candidate will lead a team, manage forecasting adjustments, and work cross-functionally with multiple departments to optimize inventory and planning control. The position requires a BS in supply chain management or related field, advanced English, and extensive experience in electronics

Qualifications

• BS degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced experience in a similar role in electronics manufacturing or telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Directs the team in finished goods and WIP planning.
• Analyze excesses and obsoletes and coordinate with the client.
• Lead and mentor a team; develop performance and capabilities.
• Ensure inventory levels and turn goals by directing planners and reducing back orders.
