Job summary

Flex Guadalajara is seeking a Materials Planning Manager to lead forecasting, scheduling and inventory control across manufacturing operations. You will guide a team to align production plans with material availability, while driving service levels and on-time delivery for customers.

You will develop KPI dashboards, support continuous improvement and collaborate with Production, Materials and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and improve forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in production control, planning, or supply chain roles.
• Experience with forecasting, KPI tracking, and production scheduling.
• Experience in manufacturing environment and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English for global stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead material planning activities and optimize inventory levels.
• Balance supply and demand to enhance customer service levels.
• Direct daily finished goods and WIP planning activities.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Mentor and develop planning team and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
