The Program Manager will oversee end-to-end lifecycles for manufacturing programs, ensuring production, quality, safety and cost targets are met, while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strategic leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage resources to optimize manufacturing performance and forecast

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial supply chain, engineering or finance.
• Understanding budgeting, forecasting, cost control and cash management.
• Knowledge of contracts and procurement terms.
• Familiarity with KPIs, site inventory, turns and warehousing metrics.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, build relationships and manage escalations.
• Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation to completion.
• Contribute to project planning, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to deliver initiatives.
• Present project updates to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Monitor manufacturing costs and forecast variances to drive improvements.
• Define scope, goals, timelines and deliverables for projects.
