Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a results-driven Project Portfolio Manager in Mexico to lead disciplined, timely execution of the plant's project portfolio.

You will coordinate Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics to deliver data-driven decisions, executive summaries, and measurable improvements in plant efficiency. This role emphasizes problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and structured project governance across a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related field.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for executive presentations and meetings.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor the plant project portfolio, tracking progress, risks, ownership, milestones, and completion dates.
• Capture action items, commitments, and decisions from project reviews and ensure timely execution.
• Develop executive-level presentations summarizing project status, accomplishments, risks, and decisions required.
• Provide operational and analytical support to project teams to enable successful project execution.
• Analyze operational and project data to identify trends, root causes, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and facilitate structured problem-solving sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and administer plant performance scorecards, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Coordinate activities across internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Build productive relationships with internal and external customers through professional communication and issue resolution.
