Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in appropriate equivalent experience.
• Analytical ability and excellent written/verbal communication; knowledge of domestic and foreign suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee hiring, performance management and staff development for plant operations.
• Lead assembly, manufacturing processing, cost estimating, systems planning, layout and tooling standards.
• Coordinate machine/equipment/material release dates to meet demand.
• Ensure implementation of modern technology and verify equipment effectiveness.
