Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Project Portfolio Manager to ensure disciplined, timely, and strategic execution of the facility's project portfolio.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, track initiatives, and drive data-driven decision making to improve plant efficiency and productivity. The role requires leadership in execution management and continuous improvement, with strong problem-solving skills and experience with Lean practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial management, or related field.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency, including ability to prepare executive presentations and participate in technical meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor the plant project portfolio, tracking progress, risks, ownership, milestones, and completion dates.
• Capture action items, commitments, and decisions from project review meetings and ensure timely execution.
• Develop executive-level presentations summarizing project status, accomplishments, risks, and decisions required.
• Provide operational and analytical support to project teams to enable successful project execution.
• Analyze operational and project data to identify trends, root causes, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and facilitate structured problem-solving sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and administer plant performance scorecards, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and effective communication.
• Coordinate activities across internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Build productive relationships with internal and external customers through professional communication and issue resolution.
