Caterpillar Inc. in Mexico is seeking a senior manufacturing engineering leader to drive end-to-end project delivery from concept through ramp-up. You will guide cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget program launches.

The role requires a mechanical/manufacturing/industrial engineering background and advanced English, with five days onsite at our Nuevo Leon location.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Advanced English.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through manufacturing projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead major manufacturing engineering projects from concept through launch and ramp-up.
• Develop integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet milestones and objectives.
• Establish governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
