You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills and the ability to influence and align teams toward common goals.

Formación

• Extensive knowledge of project risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Ability to gain alignment and commitment from stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and operations.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning across multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple projects and programs to deliver against objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Coach and develop project management professionals and foster a high-performing team.
• Align priorities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to remove barriers.
• Establish and maintain project governance, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor performance, budgets, resources, and risks with mitigation plans.
• Communicate status, milestones and decisions to leadership.
• Lead change management and drive successful implementation of initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Influence decision-making and build partnerships to achieve goals.
• Plan and allocate resources to support objectives.
