- Bachelor's degree in engineering with leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Experience leading manufacturing engineering teams and projects.
- English working proficiency and strong problem-solving skills.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team, setting priorities and driving safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee NPI, source transfers, process development, and capital projects from concept to launch.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure readiness and on-time delivery.
