Job summary

Victaulic Company is looking for a Maintenance Planner to ensure spare parts inventory levels are maintained to support maintenance operations from its Chihuahua, Mexico warehouse. The role involves coordinating with Purchasing and suppliers to ensure correct materials are ordered via Purchase Orders.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with intermediate Excel skills and knowledge of spare parts administration and inventory control.

• Experience preparing and tracking purchase requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate spare parts inventory is available to support maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and suppliers by providing accurate machine and/or application information to ensure the correct materials are purchased through Purchase Orders.
• Audit spare parts inventory levels, including minimum and maximum stock requirements.
• Follow up on supplier Purchase Orders and material deliveries, supporting the Purchasing team as needed.
