Job summary

VICTAULIC in Chihuahua is seeking a Maintenance Planner to ensure spare parts inventory supports maintenance operations. You will collaborate with Purchasing, suppliers, and maintenance teams to provide accurate machine data and track material deliveries.

The role emphasizes inventory control, purchase requisitions, and coordinating Purchase Orders to optimize maintenance scheduling. A related engineering background and 1 year of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in maintenance planning or a related role.
• Experience in spare parts administration and inventory control.
• Experience preparing and tracking purchase requisitions.
• Intermediate Excel skills and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure spare parts inventory is maintained at optimal levels.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and suppliers to issue correct material purchases.
• Monitor min/max stock levels and inventory accuracy.
• Follow up on Purchase Orders and deliveries with Purchasing.
