Victaulic is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Mexico to ensure spare parts inventory levels are optimal for warehouse operations supporting maintenance activities. You will coordinate with Purchasing and suppliers to secure correct materials and track purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include auditing inventory, maintaining min/max stock levels, and supporting the Purchasing team with accurate information and requisitions.

Formación

• Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of spare parts administration and inventory control.
• Knowledge of inventory auditing processes.
• Experience preparing and tracking purchase requisitions.
• Knowledge of supplier management and development.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and service providers.
• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure spare parts inventory is available to support maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and suppliers with accurate machine/app info for correct materials.
• Audit spare parts inventory levels, including min/max stock requirements.
• Follow up on supplier Purchase Orders and deliveries, support Purchasing as needed.
