Job summary

Amazon Operations Mexico is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner to own asset and spare parts data, lead CMMS usage, and drive preventative maintenance planning. You will extract insights for the site engineering manager and coordinate with the global team.

You will act as the site SME for CMMS, forecast maintenance, manage inventory, and collaborate with procurement to realize efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of maintenance or engineering experience; or reliability/maintenance exposure.
• 1+ years of CMMS experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience reading/writing procedures, technical documents, and engineering drawings.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Be the site SME on the CMMS software, train the local engineering team in its use.
• Ensure CMMS aligns with IntlRME standards and participate in related projects.
• Record site equipment, spare parts, and minimum holding levels in CMMS.
• Forecast and assign preventive maintenance to technicians to improve equipment availability.
• Compile equipment information, performance metrics and machine histories; recommend improvements.
• Manage spare parts stock levels and coordinate with procurement to find savings.
