Grupo Modelo in Mexico City seeks a highly motivated M&A Manager to lead strategic transactions across the deal lifecycle. The role demands exceptional financial modeling, valuation expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and negotiations with senior stakeholders.

You will manage due diligence, deal structuring, and regulatory approvals across Latin America, delivering investment memos and strategic recommendations that maximize shareholder value.

Formación

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or related field.
• MBA or professional certifications are a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong financial modeling and valuation experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, JVs from origination to closing.
• Manage due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and contract review.
• Oversee transaction documents with internal and external legal teams.
• Build complex financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare investment memos and strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Assess strategic growth opportunities and financial impact.
• Coordinate relations with external advisors, banks, and regulators.
• Navigate antitrust and regulatory approvals across LATAM.
• Lead cross-functional teams through execution and post-merger integration.
