Maersk in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Logistics Sales Executive to develop and expand strategic Retail & Lifestyle customer relationships, driving sustainable growth across Ocean, LCL, Cross Border, 3PL, and related services.

You will own key accounts, craft end-to-end logistics solutions, and lead commercial negotiations with senior buyers and executives, delivering value and long-term partnerships.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or freight forwarding sales.
• Proven success selling integrated logistics solutions and managing complex strategic accounts.
• Experience engaging local and regional decision makers and navigating complex customer organizations.
• CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic customers, driving revenue and satisfaction.
• Identify complex supply chain challenges and develop end-to-end logistics solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers' business strategies and priorities.
• Develop executive-level relationships with decision makers across Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, and Operations.
• Drive growth across our Logistics & Services products and close new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Solution Design, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
