You will leverage data analytics to inform decisions, manage works council relations, and ensure labor compliance while supporting organizational performance and strategic priorities.

Qualificações

• Experience partnering with senior leaders to define HR policy and change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of local labor law and works councils in Mexico.
• Proven track record in talent management and leadership development.
