Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is seeking an HR Strategy leader to partner with senior HR stakeholders and drive global and local policy initiatives from a human resources perspective.

You will coordinate with function leaders to set priorities, leverage data analytics for strategic decisions, and guide workforce planning, leadership development, and talent mobility across the organization.

Qualifications

• HR leader with an active curiosity, insight orientation and external perspective about people and business performance.
• Broad generalist HR skills across a range of populations with increasing responsibility ideally within FMCG/CPG.
• Ability to develop strong partnerships with function leaders.
• Ability to create a change strategy and lead complex and transformation change.

Responsibilities

• Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on definition and execution of global and local policy and change initiatives and understand the impacts of planned changes.
• Partner with function leads and middle managers to collaborate on creating and delivering functional priorities and plans, providing strategic guidance.
• Leverage data analytics to drive business solutions and translate insights into actionable plans impacting bottom line.
• Lead talent management practices related to workforce planning, leadership development and succession planning.
• Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence.
• Manage works council relations and ensure compliance with labor policies and agreements.
