Charger logistics Inc. is seeking an Account Manager based in Querétaro to build strong customer relationships, manage day-to-day needs, and lead pricing discussions with the Implementation team. You will participate in rate reviews and prepare bids for large opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics account management, a recent business degree, and advanced English skills. A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience in transportation and logistics.
• Recent college or university degree in business-related field.
• Advanced English skills and strong negotiation abilities.
• Strong presentation and customer-relationship capabilities.
• Ability to understand business needs and propose solutions.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with customers and manage day-to-day and long-term needs.
• Coordinate with Implementation team to ensure pricing accuracy and success.
• Contribute to rate matrix reviews for profitability and competitiveness.
• Prepare reports, bids, and customer presentations for large opportunities.
• Support Customer Service Manager and maintain client and partner databases.
