The role requires strong leadership, proven project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that enhance organizational efficiency, governance, and impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business Admin or related field.
• Proven IT project management experience, preferably in international or non-profit settings.
• Strong knowledge of PMP, Agile, and MS Project.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Experience managing vendors and third-party providers.
• Relevant certifications in project management are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and align with organizational objectives.
• Manage communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and tools.
