Avnet is seeking an inside sales/customer service professional with technical knowledge to sell products and solutions to a broad customer base. You will manage inbound and outbound communications, build trusted relationships, and identify opportunities to increase market share and margins for suppliers.

The role requires excellent communication, proficiency with SAP/ERP, and the ability to coordinate with product and field teams to deliver value to customers. This position is on-site in Mexico.

Formación

• Minimum two years of related experience in inside sales or customer service.
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP and MS Office tools.
• Ability to develop trusted relationships with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Sell products and solutions to new/existing customers via inbound/outbound communications.
• Respond to inquiries and provide pricing, quotes, and product information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and orders.
• Maintain and grow select accounts through strong customer service.
