MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking an Indirect Procurement Supervisor in Querétaro, Mexico.

You will partner with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Commodity teams to purchase materials at best cost, on time, and with the best quality. Reporting to the Procurement Supervisor, you will drive cost reduction, mitigate supply risk, monitor supplier performance, and coordinate cross-functionally to align purchasing with budgets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• CPIM/APICS certification preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience in procurement or sourcing.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Cost reduction: analyze spending, consolidate contracts, negotiate terms.
• Risk mitigation: identify supply disruptions and build backup plans.
• Supplier performance: monitor delivery, quality, and compliance.
• Cross-functional bridge: coordinate with finance, legal, and internal departments to align budgets.
