• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, sales forecast and ramp planning.
• Plan and administer procedures and budgets.
• Provide budgeting recommendations on capital expenditures and labor.
• Select and develop personnel to ensure efficient production operations.
• Develop schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
