Job summary

Brady Corporation in Mexico City is seeking an HR Manager to lead HR strategy and day-to-day operations across manufacturing and customer service.

You will partner with regional leadership to align HR plans with business goals, manage talent acquisition, development, compensation, payroll, and employee engagement, while ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years HR leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and employee relations.
• Experience with HR operations, payroll, and benefits.
• Fluent English (C1) and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnering with site and regional leadership.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, training, and engagement.
• Oversee employee relations, labor matters, investigations, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with LFT, STPS, NOM standards and immigration processes.
• Monitor HR metrics and drive continuous improvement.
