Dauch Mexico seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to lead employee relations and strategic HR initiatives across manufacturing operations in Celaya. You will partner with senior leadership to drive business strategy through people, ensure compliance with Mexican labor law, and design programs that enhance retention and performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 12+ years in HR with 5+ in leadership, and English proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience supporting manufacturing operations and multi-site organizations.
• Strong expertise in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Design, Talent Management, Labor Relations, Change Management, and Organizational Development.
• English proficiency (written and spoken). Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation is a plus.

• Partner with Senior Leadership to drive business strategy through human capital.
• Direct HR strategies by communicating values, policies, and procedures; lead recruitment, orientation, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Set HR objectives aligned with organizational goals and monitor key metrics.
• Lead production, productivity, safety, and health strategies; drive system improvements.
• Oversee compensation, health and welfare benefits, staffing, and employee relations.
• Direct special HR projects and ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
