Forvia, a sustainability-driven mobility technology leader, seeks an Site HR Business Partner for the Monterrey site to align people strategy with local business needs. You will be the trusted HR partner, manage recruitment and administrative tasks, and drive HR initiatives while coordinating with external providers and the workers council where applicable.

You will oversee onboarding, training, and development, prepare reports, and support audits.

Qualificações

2-5 years of experience in an operative HR role.
Good understanding of organizational topics in an industrial setting.
Solid knowledge of local HR legislation.
Strong Business Partner acumen combined with a consultant mindset.

Responsabilidades

Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your perimeter.
Manage the organizational structure and the recruitment process.
Manage all operational administrative tasks regarding HR topics.
Execute local and global HR initiatives like employee surveys, Employer Branding initiatives, employee events and change projects.
Coordination of the external HR service providers.
Oversee and supervise the onboarding, training and employee development processes.
Preparation of reports and analyses.
Coordinating and conducting the employee evaluation and bonus process.
Participation in audits and controls regarding managed areas.
Close cooperation with the workers council or union if applicable.
