Job summary

Albo, a dynamic tech company, seeks a strategic Head of HR to lead its HR function in Monterrey, Nuevo León. This senior leader will design and execute HR strategies, oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance, compensation, and org development, while partnering with executives on design and change management.

The role demands 10+ years in HR with 5+ in leadership, strong Spanish/English proficiency, and a track record of scaling HR in fast-growth tech environments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience, with at least 5 in a senior leadership role.
• Experience building and scaling HR programs in tech/fast-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and compliance.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance, comp & benefits.
• Lead HR team with mentorship and guidance.
• Advise leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
