DiDi Chuxing in Monterrey seeks a Strategy and Planning Manager to own the growth roadmap and operating rhythm for DiDi Premier in Latin America. You will build and steward financial models, set targets, and align Finance, operations, and product to a single truth across markets.

You will translate strategy into a prioritized product agenda, run cross‑functional launches, incubate new use cases, and lead quarterly reviews with senior leadership in a fast‑growing mobility platform.

Formación

• 6+ years in strategy consulting, BizOps, corporate strategy, or strategy and planning roles.
• Executive communication in Spanish and English required.
• Own a plan from framing through execution, not just analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Own the category's plan, targets, and reforecast across markets.
• Run the executive narrative and periodic leadership updates.
• Consolidate product needs into a single prioritized roadmap.
• Incubate new use-cases and business-innovation initiatives end to end.
• Lead cross-functional launches and align stakeholders across teams.
• Drive the category's OKRs and planning cycles; oversee internal tooling.
