DiDi Global in Mexico City seeks a Senior Expert or Sub-Region Leader to drive strategic direction and execution for a major region. You will initiate and lead multiple cross‑functional projects and build a high‑performing team to deliver results.

The role requires macro market insight, stakeholder management at the VP level, and strong executive storytelling to align leaders with our regional objectives. You will base strategies on data, trends, and competition to advance our mobility platform.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, or a related field with leadership in multiple functions.
• MBA or a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience leading complex projects across cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to build, manage, and develop a professional team.
• Strong macro market insight to inform country/region strategy.
