RXO, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Executive based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, to sell brokerage services to existing and new customers, focusing on strategic accounts. Responsibilities include lead generation, rate negotiation, and maintaining industry knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of professional sales experience. Experience in transportation or 3PL is an added advantage. The role demands strong sales skills and negotiation abilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2 years of professional sales experience is essential.
• Experience in transportation or 3PL is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop leads through trusted sources and cold calling.
• Negotiate rates with customers for profitable sales.
• Maintain knowledge of industry rates and capacities.
• Collaborate with team members on terms of sale.
• Ensure integrity of shipment following established protocols.
• Serve as a resource for RFPs related to loads.
• Update internal sales tracking systems throughout the day.
