Autoliv's Financial Controller Supervisor will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cost control for MXM operations. You will partner with leaders to provide insights, ensure policy compliance and drive financial performance across Cross Dock, Shared Service Center and Technical Center.

The role requires 6+ years in financial controlling, strong IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel with experience in JDE/OneStream/BlackLine. Relocation and development opportunities offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and month-end close.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP and their application to analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in financial systems and analytics tools (JDE, OneStream, BlackLine, Excel).
• Excellent financial planning, analysis and business partnering skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities for MXM and related centers.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports; provide insights for management decisions.
• Monitor budget-to-actual performance; conduct variance analysis and recommend actions.
• Review and approve requisitions and expenditures per policies.
• Partner with leaders to support strategic planning, cost management and performance.
