Autoliv Mexico invites a Financial Controller Supervisor to oversee MXM's budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control. You will partner with operations to drive financial performance and ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP across the Cross Dock, Shared Service Center, and Technical Center.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 6+ years in financial controlling, strong Excel and ERP experience (JDE, OneStream, BlackLine), and a demonstrated ability to deliver actionable

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial controlling, general accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP and their application.
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and analytical tools (JDE, OneStream, BlackLine, Excel).
• Excellent budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and business partnering skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities across MXM to support objectives.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports with actionable insights for management.
• Monitor budget-to-actual performance and conduct variance analysis.
• Review and approve requisitions and expenditures aligning with budgets.
• Partner with operations to provide financial guidance for strategic planning.
